Candice Young

Candice, who is a Chicago, Illinois native, started her hair stylist journey at a very young age. She loved playing with her dolls hair and styling it to her liking and then began experimenting with her own hair. Often after her own visits to the salon, she would make adjustments to her hairstyle and get lots of compliments from her friends. She later became very good at executing her own complete hairstyles and all of her classmates couldn’t believe that she didn’t go to the salon. Her fellow class mates began to ask to have their hair done by Candice, at which point she learned she could actually make a little money just doing what she loved. Today, with over 20 years of experience, Candice has accomplaished many goals, including completing a cosmetology instructor certification program, securing licensing and building a clientele in multiple states, teaching classes, mentoring other up and coming cosmetologists, and ultimately opening her own hair salon. Classy Style Studio located in the heart of Powder Springs, Georgia. Candice now currently offers hair and makeup artistry, and facial waxing services provided by licensed professionals with a focus on healthy haircare and great sanitation practices. Candice is truly and completely committed to highlighting the very best version of you. Not only does she want you to look good when you leave the salon, she wants you to feel good!
